I use Corel Painter for the linework/colouring. I usually export the files as .PSDs and then do final touches/saving in Photoshop.
I find Painter let's you get away with nicer line weight than Sketchbook Pro or Photoshop. I really like Sketchbook Pro's user interface, but I can't clean up drawings with it for the life of me.
